1. Do not sell live animals or pets.
2. KRSN is not responsible for the item being sold nor the
credibility of the seller. It is your responsibility to take on the
risks associated with using the Trading Post. KRSN will not be
liable for any transactions or claims made by sellers and buyers.
3. Any terms, shipping, payment, warranties, or other forms of
guarantee are separate of the Trading Post and are solely between
the seller and the buyer. KRSN will not be responsible for any
losses or damage caused by the use of the Trading Post.
4. Any listings including content that is illegal, pornographic,
hateful, false, or unsolicited will not be included on the Trading
Post
5. KRSN AM 1490 will remove your listing after each broadcasted
program- it is your responsibility to renew your listing if you
should so desire by sending your listing to the Trading Post e-mail
again.
6. The Trading Post will include listings from Los Alamos, Espanola,
and Pojaque areas.
7. The Trading Post will only accept private listings. Commercial
entities will not be listed.
8. KRSN AM 1490 reserves the right to shorten your item description
as necessary.
9. KRSN AM 1490 will be posting your listing on the official KRSN
Facebook page.
10. Garage Sale listings will be broadcasted on Fridays.
