Help Inc.
We act as the primary sponsor for the Empty Bowls Event held in
March for the benefit of Self Help Inc. 2009 was the 40th year
Self Help
assisted members of our community. It was the 16th annual Empty
Bowls Project. The event was in danger of being discontinued due
to lack of sponsors until KRSN AM 1490 proudly stepped in and provided
the volunteers, publicity, and storage space needed to produce the most
successful bowl sale in event history. Empty Bowls 2010 was held
again on the second Saturday in March. It was a little more
successful than 2009 and raised over $9,000 for Self Help Inc.
